Coming from quilt making, knitting and crocheting I switched to jewelry ( beads) making and finally found my home in painting. I am working to make painting my full time hobby. It is an art which I really enjoy doing and also enjoy the reaction of people when they see the art work."

Here at The Gift Shop, we have many unique greeting cards to choose from. This week we will look at original cards by Patty Woodstock, Mino Watanabe, and Winnie Chrzanowski.

Patty Woodstock is one of our multi-talented artists. Her cards display her fanciful clay creatures. She created, fired, and glazed each one. Then she photographed them in their "natural habitats", and made them into the greeting cards. Pictured are just three cards from her collection.

Mino Watanabe is one of best selling artists. We have her imaginative paintings in prints, and as greeting cards.
