"Artist of the Month" for June

The Gift Shop "Artist of the Month" for June is Harold Swanson (SWAN).

Harold is quite an accomplished ceramic artist. He creates everything from tiny bowls

to large serving platters.

His pieces have distinctive decoration and patterning, and his glazes are just beautiful.

Harold has been a consistent "best seller" in our Christmas and Holiday Markets, as well as in The Gift Shop.

(Remember, the letters in parentheses after Harold Swanson's name shows his code. When you see that code on work in The Gift Shop, you will know who created it.)

New Artists at The Gift Shop

The word has gotten out that not only is The Gift Shop a great place to shop, but a great place for artists to show and sell their work!
This week we will look at the work of four new artists who have joined us here at The Gift Shop: Patrick Dinunzio, Ilene Dinunzio, Julie Langensiepen, and Lyn Rushing.

Patrick Dinunzio (DIN) is a painter who also crafts intricate wall art from metal and wood, using laser and hand tools.

Julie Langensiepen (LAN) has been in our Holiday Markets in the past, and now she is part of The Gift Shop. She fashions the most wonderful fabric Art Animals.

Lyn Rushing (RUS) is a card maker, and each one is unique. She intricately collages each card to convey its personal message, both outside and inside!

Lyn's cards are each so rich with details!
