Creative wood artists at The Gift Shop

Here at The Gift shop we are lucky to have a number of artists who are adept at working with wood. Each piece is unique, from the choice of wood, patterns and finishes used, whether highly polished, or kept natural, up-cycled or exotic.
This week we will look at the wood work of Raymond Flaugher, Sharon McDonnell, and Tenchi Wayner.

Raymond Flaugher made his living as a wood worker, cabinet maker, and finished carpenter. He now brings his expertise to his art pieces.

Sharon McDonnell has worked for over twenty five years at The Wood Shop. Her pieces are often functional, and always beautiful.

Tenchi Wayner works with wood, and many other mediums to create her humorous up-cycled pieces.

Find Unique Fashion at The Gift Shop

Need a little something to spruce up a favorite outfit, or make you feel special? Here at The Gift Shop our artists have created fashion accessories for any occasion. This week we will look at the work of Michael Daitch, Karen DeCarlo, and Shirley Vinson.

Michael Daitch is a master weaver. His scarves are created with lustrous fibers and rich colors. They are soft and silky, and a pleasure to be worn.

Decorative Tiles in The Gift Shop

Decorative tiles can be just the right size for a small space where you want an artistic impact.
This week we will look at the tile-work of  Barb Schroeder, Kelly Wojdyla-Gray, and Motawi Tileworks.


Barb Schroeder is known for her beautiful scarves, but now she has brought us new artwork...painted hanging tiles. Barb created these tiles using the "Resin Acrylic Flow" technique, that she learned here at Anton Art Center!

Kelly Wojdyla-Gray is a multi-talented artist. One of her talents is using alcohol inks on tiles. Her colors are vivid, and the effects from the alcohol inks make each tile one-of-a-kind.

New Art and New Artists at The Gift Shop

The Gift Shop is never the same from week to week. We get new art and new artists all the time. This week we will look at the artwork of Darlene Urbanek, Armando Madrazo, and Pete Wardrope.

Darlene Urbanek is a popular artist here at The Gift Shop. Her animal portraits are especially desirable.
