Still more Gift Shop Art at ArtParty

ArtParty is almost here! Join us for an evening of dining and entertainment at the "Golden" ArtParty Celebration! 

This year's 50th anniversary outdoor gala features 25 local restaurants, silent auction with original artworks, 50/50 raffle, and complimentary bar. Voted Best of the Best!

Another big "THANK-YOU" to our own Gift Shop Artists for their generous donations of their art to the Silent Auction part of ArtParty. 

Just last week Mino Watanabe donated two of her charming original paintings.

Our Gift Shop Artists Michael Daitch, Darleen Urbanek, and Marianna Defer-Pfeifer will be a part of ArtParty demonstrating their artistic talents. 

Michael Daitch is a master weaver. He teaches weaving here at Anton Art Center, and he as also donated three of his hand woven scarves to the Silent Auction!

Darleen Urbanek will demonstrate how she creates her unique painted portraits.

Marianna Defer-Pfeifer is an accomplished painter. She will be part of the "Plein-Air" demonstration.

"Survivor Art Quilts & Photography Exhibit" August 17- October 10. An exhibit featuring a collection of collaborative art quilts and youth photography and writing pairings shared by survivors of domestic and sexual assault. Presented by Turning Point of Macomb County.

"Artists' Choice Group Show"  September 7 - October 10. Selected works from members of the Lakeside Palette Club of St. Clair Shores, the Mount Clemens Art Association, the Romeo Guild of Art, and the Warren Tri-County Fine Arts Association, Inc. Juried by Christine A. Ritchie.
