"Artist of the Month" for May

The Art Market "Artist of the Month" for May is Patricia Baker. Patricia is one of those talented artists who has embraced different mediums. She began as a jewelry designer and creator, then explored painting in  different styles.

According to Patricia: "My home based jewelry venture which began in 1967. The idea for the business stemmed from necessity and blossomed into a creative avocation. I've always been fascinated with color and pattern, and I have experimented with the simple as well as the complex. Believing in the life-long learning concept, I strive to learn even more about these crafts---jewelry design and different art media."
