The Gift Shop celebrates St. Patrick's Day

Here at The Gift Shop we are ready to help you celebrate St. Patrick's Day with the art of Jan Gunning, and Joanie Ugelow.

Jan Gunning (GUN) has wreaths that are holiday and season themed. Her "Wearin' of the Green" wreaths are clever, fun, and very green!

Joanie Ugelow (UGE) has created ceramics just right for St. Patrick's Day. Here is one of her dishes, and several of her pins, celebrating the holiday.

(Remember, the letters in parentheses after each artist's name show their code. When you see that code on work in The Gift Shop, you will know who created it.)

Showing now at Anton Art Center:

Macomb County Secondary Student Art Show  March 10 - April 13. Featuring the artwork of Macomb County students, grades 7 - 12. Bringing together the works of students from around Macomb County, this is the 37th year for the show.
For school-age children, having a chance to show their art in public is an exciting opportunity. “It seems to me that students and their families are often appreciative of getting their works on the wall,” Phil Gilchrist, executive director of the Anton Art Center, says in regard to the annual Secondary Student Show. “It’s an accomplishment for students.”
